Preparing Tablevert
Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how Tablevert handles personal data for restaurants, creators, the Tablevert mobile app for restaurant teams, voice ordering, staff devices, staff shift check-in, fiscal and Hygiene records, POS delivery integrations, connected platform APIs, newsletters, sales and marketing email tracking, subscriptions, security, retention, and deletion requests.
Tablevert is currently made available only for restaurants, creators, and related business users operating in France, Germany, Sweden. Live use from any other market is not authorized unless Tablevert expressly enables that market or agrees separate written terms. Availability, tax treatment, contract language, privacy notices, and consumer or business notices may vary by market.
This Privacy Policy explains how Tablevert collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when restaurants, hospitality businesses, creators, agencies, authorized representatives, and other users access or use the Tablevert website, platform, campaign marketplace, dashboards, communications, integrations, and related services.
This Policy applies to account creation, restaurant onboarding, creator onboarding, campaign discovery, campaign applications, campaign management, creator matching, reporting, subscriptions, support, operational communications, connected platform APIs, cookies, analytics, and data deletion requests.
Tablevert's current launch markets are France, Germany, and Sweden. The platform is not intended for live restaurant, creator, campaign, POS, delivery, or customer operations in other countries unless Tablevert expressly enables another market or agrees separate written terms.
Where a country-specific privacy notice, in-product disclosure, consent prompt, contract, or data processing agreement applies to a particular feature or market, that additional notice applies together with this Policy.
For personal data processed to operate Tablevert accounts, subscriptions, onboarding, marketplace access, platform security, billing management, product analytics, and support, Tablevert acts as the data controller unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Where a restaurant, agency, or business customer uses Tablevert to manage creator campaigns, campaign briefs, creator applications, booking information, creator deliverables, campaign reporting, or connected business account data, that business may act as an independent controller or, where applicable, as the controller that instructs Tablevert. The allocation of roles depends on the applicable contract, feature, and data involved.
Where a restaurant uses Tablevert POS, delivery, order-management, or delivery-platform integrations, Tablevert may process order, customer, menu, delivery, and provider-connection data on the restaurant's behalf. Depending on the workflow, Tablevert may act as a processor for the restaurant, while delivery marketplaces and courier providers may act as independent controllers for their own marketplace, courier, customer, fraud, safety, and regulatory activities.
Tablevert may also act as a processor or service provider for business customers where it processes personal data strictly on documented instructions and under an applicable data processing agreement.
Where a restaurant's owners, managers, and staff use the Tablevert mobile app or web POS for orders, kitchen work, payments, fiscal records, or Hygiene records, the restaurant is generally the controller of its team members' and guests' personal data as their employer or business, and Tablevert generally acts as the restaurant's processor. Tablevert acts as controller for its own platform security, abuse prevention, and service reliability purposes, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
For card payments through Mollie Connect, the restaurant uses its own Mollie account and is the merchant of record. Mollie processes payment data under its own terms and privacy notice for its payment services.
The categories of personal data we collect depend on the features used, the user's role, the country, and the connected services authorized by the user or business account owner.
Tablevert is not intended for children and does not knowingly offer the platform to children. Users must satisfy the minimum age required under the Terms of Use and applicable local law.
Tablevert does not require users to provide special-category personal data such as health data, biometric data, precise political opinions, religious beliefs, or similar sensitive information. Users must not submit sensitive personal data unless Tablevert has expressly requested it for a lawful and necessary purpose.
Some restaurant workflows may incidentally involve health-related information, for example a guest's allergy or dietary need mentioned in an order or a voice transcript, or food-handler fitness and exclusion records that food-safety law requires a restaurant to keep in its Hygiene records. Tablevert processes such information only as needed for the restaurant's order or legal food-safety obligation, keeps voice transcripts transient, and asks staff not to dictate guest names or other unnecessary personal details.
Tablevert processes personal data only where it has a lawful basis under applicable privacy law. Depending on the user's location and the feature involved, the lawful basis may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or steps taken before entering into a contract.
Tablevert may allow authorized users to connect third-party accounts, business listings, advertising accounts, social media accounts, delivery-provider accounts, ordering platforms, or platform profiles so that Tablevert can provide onboarding, campaign creation, campaign reporting, creator matching, analytics, POS, delivery, and operational workflows.
The exact permissions requested depend on the feature selected. Tablevert requests only permissions that are relevant to the active feature and does not request access solely for future, undeployed, or unrelated features.
Users must have lawful authority to connect any restaurant, social, advertising, analytics, or business account to Tablevert. By connecting an account, the user confirms that they are authorized to grant Tablevert access for the purposes disclosed at the time of authorization and in this Policy.
Tablevert uses connected platform data only for the disclosed Tablevert services, including account setup, listing verification, campaign management, creator matching, reporting, attribution, operational support, and compliance. Tablevert does not use connected platform data for undisclosed purposes.
Where Tablevert uses Google APIs, including Google Business Profile, Google Maps Platform, Google Places, Google Analytics, Gmail, or related Google services, Tablevert provides accurate disclosures about the data requested and the purposes for which the data is used. Tablevert's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to the practices disclosed in this Policy and applicable in-product notices.
Tablevert requests the minimum relevant Google permissions needed for the feature selected by the user or authorized business representative. If Tablevert changes the way Google user data is accessed or used, Tablevert will update the relevant disclosures and request any required consent before using that data for the new purpose.
Tablevert does not use undocumented Google APIs, reverse engineer Google API services, misrepresent its identity or intent, or take actions through Google APIs unless the connected user or authorized business representative has granted the required authority.
Tablevert may retrieve or process Google Maps Platform or Google Business Profile data such as Place ID, listing status, business name, address, website, phone number, opening hours, business categories, attributes, photos or media references, review-related data where permitted, performance metrics, and connected account identifiers, depending on the feature and permission granted.
Tablevert uses this data for restaurant onboarding, owner or representative confirmation, duplicate-location prevention, listing visibility workflows, campaign matching, campaign reporting, local marketing insights, support, and compliance with the user's instructions.
Tablevert does not scrape Google Maps, bulk-download Google Maps content, build an independent database from Google Maps content, resell Google Maps content, use Google Maps content as a substitute for Google services, or use Google Maps content with a non-Google map except where Google expressly permits it.
Tablevert does not pre-fetch, cache, index, store, export, or use Google Maps Platform content except as expressly permitted by the applicable Google Maps Platform terms, service-specific terms, documentation, and API policies. Where limited caching is permitted, Tablevert applies the relevant purpose, duration, deletion, security, and freshness restrictions and does not use cached content outside the permitted Google service context.
Tablevert maintains required Google attribution, links, notices, and user-facing disclosures where Google content is displayed or used. Tablevert does not remove, alter, obscure, manipulate, or aggregate Google attribution or Google content to avoid Google restrictions.
Where a user or business connects Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or related business tools, Tablevert may process connected page, profile, business, media, insight, engagement, account, permission, and campaign-related identifiers and metrics as needed for the authorized Tablevert feature.
Tablevert uses Meta platform data to help verify authorized accounts, support creator or restaurant profile workflows, manage campaigns, display relevant reporting, and provide platform functionality requested by the user or business customer. Tablevert does not claim platform endorsement and users remain responsible for complying with Meta's applicable terms and policies.
Where a user or business connects TikTok or TikTok business tools, Tablevert may process authorized account identifiers, profile information, media references, campaign information, metrics, permissions, and reporting data needed to provide campaign, creator, analytics, or business workflow features.
Tablevert uses TikTok data only for the registered developer purposes, authorized account workflows, creator or business campaign management, reporting, and compliance with applicable TikTok terms, policies, and user authorization settings.
Where a creator connects Canva, Tablevert may process Canva account identifiers, team identifiers, display name, permission scopes, design metadata, selected export jobs, imported media files, pasted Canva reference links, consent records, connection status, import status, and audit logs.
Tablevert uses Canva data only to let creators select designs, import selected exports into their private Tablevert creator media library, save Canva links as reference-only records, receive designs from the Canva app surface, and use imported media for campaign proof, scheduling, publishing, and creator library workflows.
Tablevert requests the minimum Canva permissions needed for those workflows. Design metadata read access lets Tablevert list/search designs so a creator can choose what to import. Design content read access lets Tablevert export only the creator-selected design content into Tablevert. Tablevert does not use Canva folder, comment, asset-write, brand-template, or design-write access unless a future feature is separately disclosed and authorized.
Canva tokens, refresh tokens, OAuth state, PKCE verifiers, temporary export URLs, and app credentials stay server-side. Tablevert uses server-side OAuth state and PKCE validation for Canva authorization. Imported Canva exports become Tablevert media files; the original Canva design remains in the creator's Canva account unless the creator changes it inside Canva.
For technical support with Canva connection, imports, reference links, or media library workflows, users may contact support@tablevert.com.
Where a restaurant connects Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Wolt, or a related delivery or ordering provider, Tablevert may exchange authorized restaurant, store, venue, site, menu, product, price, order, customer-contact, delivery, courier, status, cancellation, refund, support, webhook, and provider-account data with that provider as needed for the selected POS and delivery workflows.
Tablevert uses delivery-provider data to receive and route orders, synchronize menu or availability information where enabled, support order acceptance, rejection, preparation, fulfillment, cancellation, refund, customer-support, delivery-status, and reconciliation workflows, maintain audit records, and comply with provider requirements.
Restaurants are responsible for having authority to connect delivery-provider accounts, complying with provider marketplace terms, keeping menus, prices, taxes, fees, allergens, availability, opening hours, and customer-facing notices accurate, and using customer or order data only for lawful restaurant, support, fulfillment, accounting, dispute, or marketing purposes supported by a valid legal basis.
Delivery providers may process personal data under their own terms and privacy notices for marketplace, courier, customer, fraud-prevention, safety, payment, regulatory, analytics, and operational purposes. Users should review the relevant Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Wolt notices before enabling or relying on an integration.
Tablevert may store access tokens, refresh tokens, token metadata, OAuth status, account IDs, permission scopes, expiry information, sync status, and audit logs where required to operate connected integrations securely.
Users may disconnect integrations through the platform where available or by contacting Tablevert. When a connected service is disconnected with an explicit data-removal acknowledgement, Tablevert deletes Tablevert-held provider secrets, active connection data, OAuth state, sync/import records, and provider-sourced files or links for that service unless retention is required for campaign, billing, security, audit, legal, or dispute purposes.
When a creator disconnects Instagram, Tablevert removes Instagram-related profile data, follower or verification signals, imported Instagram content, analytics, comments, publishing records, and Instagram-sourced media stored in Tablevert. Disconnecting Instagram does not delete posts, reels, comments, media, or account data from the user's Instagram account.
When a creator disconnects Facebook, Tablevert removes Facebook Page profile data, follower or verification signals, imported Page content, analytics, comments, publishing records, and Facebook-sourced media stored in Tablevert. Disconnecting Facebook does not delete posts, comments, media, Page data, or account data from Facebook.
When a creator disconnects Canva, Tablevert removes Canva connection data, Canva import jobs, Canva reference links, Canva-sourced uploaded media, and the related stored Tablevert media files where they are not subject to required retention. Tablevert initiates this provider-data removal promptly and aims to complete deletion of non-retained Canva personal data within 30 days of disconnect or uninstall. Disconnecting Canva does not delete the original Canva designs from the creator's Canva account.
For restaurant Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp integrations, disconnect or revocation removes Tablevert-held provider tokens and active connection state and may remove provider-synced operational records where deletion is technically available and not restricted by legal, campaign, billing, audit, or dispute retention.
For Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Wolt, and other POS or delivery integrations, disconnect or revocation removes Tablevert-held provider tokens, webhook secrets, active connection state, and active synced provider records where deletion is technically available and not restricted by order fulfillment, billing, accounting, tax, security, audit, provider-policy, legal, or dispute retention.
Where Tablevert offers synced comment moderation, a user may explicitly choose to reply to, hide, unhide, or delete an individual comment through the relevant Tablevert workflow. Those comment actions apply only to the selected comment and do not delete the underlying Instagram post, reel, media, or account.
For campaign, billing, security, dispute, legal, or audit needs, Tablevert may retain only minimal non-provider records needed to prove an action occurred or preserve a required business record, such as provider type, action timestamp, actor ID, connection ID, or limited profile/media identifiers. Those retained records should not contain provider tokens, follower counts, verification scores, captions, comments, thumbnails, temporary URLs, permalinks, message bodies, or performance metrics unless retention is legally or contractually required.
Tablevert may use rule-based systems, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to recommend creators, explain potential campaign matches, organize campaign information, classify content, support moderation, prepare operational suggestions, summarize information, or assist support workflows.
AI-assisted outputs are intended to support human decision-making. Tablevert does not guarantee that a match, recommendation, ranking, or performance estimate will produce a specific campaign result, booking volume, revenue amount, follower growth, or return on investment.
Where applicable law gives users the right to object to certain profiling or request human review of significant automated decisions, users may contact Tablevert using the privacy contact listed below.
Tablevert uses Anthropic's Claude models as an AI processor for two restaurant features where they are enabled: turning a dictated order transcript into a draft order, and drafting the restaurant-specific wording of a Hygiene plan from the owner's setup answers. In both cases the output is a draft. A waiter checks every order line before it is sent, and the owner verifies and submits the Hygiene plan, whose legally mandatory parts come from country rules and templates rather than from AI. Neither feature makes decisions about staff, and neither is used to evaluate staff.
The Tablevert mobile app lets restaurant owners, managers, and staff take orders, run kitchen tickets, take payments, issue receipts, keep Hygiene records, and start and close shifts. This section explains the additional processing involved. It applies only where a restaurant uses the app and, for optional features, only where the restaurant has switched them on.
Voice ordering is an owner setting for each restaurant and is off by default. Each staff member sees a privacy notice the first time they use it, and staff can always type orders instead.
The microphone is open only while the waiter holds the talk button. Speech is turned into text on the phone by the phone's on-device speech recognizer. If on-device recognition is not available, voice ordering stays off on that phone. Voice audio is not recorded, stored, or sent to Tablevert or any other party.
Where the phone is online, the text transcript and the restaurant's menu text are sent to Tablevert's backend and from there to Anthropic (Claude) to prepare a draft order. The request to Anthropic contains no staff name or account identifier. Prices, recipes, staff records, and guest records are not sent. Where the phone is offline, the draft is prepared on the phone without any external service.
Tablevert does not store voice transcripts. Transcripts are not written to Tablevert databases or logs; Tablevert logs only counts, timings, and error types. Anthropic processes the transcript as Tablevert's processor under its data processing terms.
Voice ordering data is never used to monitor or evaluate staff. Speech is turned into text on the phone by default. Tablevert may later offer other voice or speech providers, such as a hosted voice service or a specialised speech provider; none is used today. A provider will be added to this Policy and to Tablevert's subprocessor information once it is selected and before it receives any personal data.
Owners and managers sign in with their personal Tablevert account. Staff sign in with an email and PIN managed by the restaurant. Tablevert stores PIN verification data only on its servers in protected form and checks each PIN session against the staff member's current restaurant assignment, role, and PIN version.
Staff may use their own personal phones where the restaurant allows it. The app creates a random installation identifier and a restaurant-scoped security key that stay inside the app, and registers the device for that restaurant so the owner can see which devices are signed in and block or revoke a lost device or a person who has left. The app locks when it goes to the background. Tablevert uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity to check that requests come from a genuine copy of the app.
Where a staff member's role can take payments, the device they use is registered as a till for that restaurant, because fiscal law in some markets requires every device that completes a sale to be declared. The till name and identifier can then appear in the restaurant's fiscal records and declarations.
Where a restaurant uses it, staff start and close their shift by unlocking the app on their phone and tapping the restaurant's NFC tag. The tag contains only an opaque tag identifier and a security code, not personal data. Fingerprint or face unlock is handled by the phone; Tablevert never receives biometric data.
At that tap only, the app checks that the phone is at the restaurant: it reads the phone's location once, in the foreground, and checks whether the phone is connected to the restaurant's registered Wi-Fi. The tap is accepted on the restaurant Wi-Fi or within the distance the restaurant sets, 100 metres by default. Location is never read continuously, in the background, or for any other purpose, and is not used to follow or evaluate staff.
Tablevert keeps with the shift start or close how presence was confirmed and, only when the location decided it, the distance, accuracy, and place of that one reading. When the Wi-Fi confirms presence, the location reading is discarded. The name of the Wi-Fi access point never leaves the phone; Tablevert keeps only a salted hash of the restaurant's own access points. A refused tap stores nothing. Staff can see their own shift checks in the app and ask for a correction.
Owners, managers, and creators may sign in to the app with Google, and creators with Instagram, in the same way as on the website. Google or Meta confirms the person's identity and shares the account identifier, email address, and basic profile needed to sign in. No calendar, media, or publishing permission is requested at sign-in.
The app is designed to keep a restaurant running for up to 7 days without internet, while the restaurant has electricity. During that time, orders, kitchen tickets, cash payments, receipts, and related audit records are stored encrypted on the restaurant's devices and shared over the restaurant's own network only with devices whose current permissions allow it. Kitchen-only displays receive only their station's tickets.
Offline records are uploaded when the internet returns. Fiscal, cash, receipt, and audit records are not deleted from a device before they have reached Tablevert's servers.
The app includes Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Both are switched off by default and collect nothing until consent has been given. Crash reports contain technical data about the app and device and are not linked by Tablevert to a user ID. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, which also deletes unsent reports.
Push notifications, when enabled, are used to tell a device that a restaurant's kitchen or service feed has changed and to deliver work notifications. To address the device, the app registers its Firebase Cloud Messaging token with Tablevert, which is deleted when the person signs out or the token expires. Notifications do not carry order, guest, or payment details.
Where fiscal law requires it, Tablevert keeps tamper-evident records of orders, receipts, payments, refunds, voids, cancellations, closures, and till registrations, including which staff member or till performed each action. These records support fiscal requirements in France, Germany, and Sweden, which may include signing by a certified signing device or control system provided by a third-party fiscal provider chosen by the restaurant or Tablevert. Such providers will be listed in Tablevert's subprocessor information once engaged.
Fiscal records cannot be edited or deleted during the legal retention period, including in response to a deletion request, because the restaurant must keep them by law.
Card payments taken in the app are processed through the restaurant's own Mollie account using Mollie Connect. The restaurant is the merchant of record. Mollie handles card data; Tablevert does not receive full card numbers. Tablevert processes payment references, amounts, status, terminal identifiers, and, where a guest asks for a digital receipt, the email address or phone number given for that receipt.
Hygiene logs such as temperature, cleaning, receiving, traceability, and incident records are locked when they are written. No staff member, owner, manager, or Tablevert user can edit or delete them through the product. Owners and managers may add a separate, linked corrective action. This protects the reliability that food-safety law expects from these records.
A restaurant may invite an external reviewer, such as an auditor or consultant, who receives read-only access to the Hygiene records in the scope the restaurant selects. Reviewer access lasts 30 days by default and can be extended by the restaurant.
If a team member believes a locked Hygiene record is inaccurate, the restaurant can add a corrective record next to it. Because the original is a legal food-safety record, it is generally kept rather than erased.
Tablevert uses necessary cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, consent records, language or country settings, platform reliability, and essential product functionality.
Where required, analytics, advertising, marketing, or non-essential measurement technologies are used only after consent. Users may reject, withdraw, or update non-essential cookie consent through the consent tools made available by Tablevert.
Tablevert may use email open pixels, click tracking, tagged links, and similar email engagement technologies in newsletters, sales emails, and marketing emails to measure delivery, opens, clicks, campaign/source attribution, list health, relevance, and suppression. Where required, Tablevert uses this tracking only with consent or another lawful basis. Users may opt out through the unsubscribe button or link at the end of the email they received, through available preference tools, or by contacting privacy@tablevert.com.
Cookie availability and categories may vary by market, browser, device, and feature.
Tablevert does not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of that term. Tablevert shares personal data only where necessary to provide the platform, comply with law, protect rights, operate integrations, manage contracts, or support users.
Tablevert may process and store personal data in countries other than the user's country of residence, including countries where Tablevert, its service providers, connected platform providers, or support teams operate.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, Tablevert uses appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, supplementary measures, or another lawful transfer basis.
Tablevert's main database and backend functions run in the European Union (Google Cloud region europe-west1, Belgium). Voice order transcripts and Hygiene plan inputs sent to Anthropic may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable or on standard contractual clauses in Anthropic's data processing terms. Some Firebase services, such as crash reporting, may also process data outside the European Economic Area under Google's data processing terms.
Tablevert retains personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, contract, tax rules, accounting obligations, platform policies, dispute handling, security needs, or legitimate operational requirements. The periods below are product defaults and may be shortened or extended where mandatory law, provider rules, legal holds, or active disputes require it.
Tablevert uses operational, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.
Security measures may include access controls, authentication controls, role-based permissions, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, backup practices, secure development practices, least-privilege access, and review of service provider security measures.
For connected services such as Canva, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Wolt, Meta, WhatsApp, and Google, Tablevert keeps provider secrets, webhook secrets, OAuth states, PKCE verifiers, refresh tokens, access tokens, and temporary export URLs on the secure backend and does not return those values to browser clients.
In the mobile app, offline service records are stored encrypted with keys protected by the device's hardware-backed key store, devices prove possession of a restaurant-scoped key before they can act offline, local data is shared only with devices whose current permissions allow it, the app locks when it goes to the background, and owners can block lost devices or departed staff. Hygiene evidence is stored in write-protected storage that clients cannot change.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, using secure devices, and promptly notifying Tablevert of suspected unauthorized account access.
Depending on the user's location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about the processing of their personal data.
Users may also request deletion of their Tablevert account data or connected platform data. Deletion requests are reviewed before completion because active subscriptions, unpaid amounts, campaign obligations, dispute records, tax records, invoices, payout records, security logs, legal holds, or statutory retention obligations may require Tablevert to retain certain information.
Withdrawing consent or disconnecting an integration does not affect processing already performed lawfully before withdrawal and may prevent Tablevert from providing related features.
For technical support with account access, integrations, upload/import workflows, or Tablevert product issues, users may contact support@tablevert.com. Privacy rights and deletion requests may continue to be sent to the privacy contact listed below.
Users may contact Tablevert first so that Tablevert can review and respond to privacy concerns. Users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority or supervisory authority in their country of residence, workplace, or the place where the alleged infringement occurred.
Tablevert may send marketing communications where permitted by law. Where consent is required, Tablevert sends such communications only after consent has been obtained.
Tablevert newsletters, sales emails, and marketing emails may include tracking pixels, click tracking, tagged links, or similar technologies as described in the cookies and similar technologies section above. Users may opt out of marketing emails and marketing email tracking at any time by using the unsubscribe button or link at the end of the email they received, through available account or preference tools, or by contacting privacy@tablevert.com.
After an opt-out, Tablevert may keep a suppression record to honor the request and prevent further marketing. Transactional, security, billing, legal, campaign, order, delivery, support, and other operational messages may continue where necessary to provide the platform, fulfill orders, protect accounts, or comply with law.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment services, social networks, platform APIs, booking tools, or other services that Tablevert does not own or control. Those third parties process personal data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Users should review the applicable third-party notices before authorizing integrations, following links, making payments, or sharing personal data with third-party services.
Tablevert may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, connected platform requirements, security practices, or business operations.
Where a change materially affects how Tablevert uses personal data, Tablevert will provide notice or obtain consent where required by law or applicable platform policy before applying the change to the affected processing.
What changed in this version: staff shift check-in with the restaurant's NFC tag (a location or restaurant network check at shift start and close only), Google and Instagram sign-in in the mobile app, choosable voice-recognition providers, and push notification tokens. The effective date above is the date of this version.
